Self-love for Daily life

Now more then ever it’s important to look after yourself! Even though you may suddenly now have an infinite amount of time the trick to success and to making any change is to start small. Here’s 3 self-love tips you can add to what you already do everyday…

  1. SELF – LOVE SHOWER

We all shower, but we could use the time to totally nurture and love ourselves.

STEP ONE:

Before you shower dry brush the whole body working towards the direction of the heart. Allow every brush to be filled with love and appreciation.

STEP TWO:

Give yourself an OIL MASSAGE. Massaging the oil all over your entire body and make it FEEL GOOD!

STEP THREE: Level Up

Take a COLD SHOWER!!! Let the water fall on your face, the back of your neck and under your arms and the soles of your feet, for women massage your breasts. Massage the whole body vigorously.

It will change your life! The benefits are unless, your skin will glow, your energy will increase, try it once and you’ll be hooked!

(If you’re pregnant or on you period do not practice cold showers)

  1. WALKING AFFIRMATIONS

If you’re a human you walk! So why not make it a habit to repeat an affirmation every time you walk.

Repeating “I am beautiful and everyone loves me” or “I am capable” or whatever affirmation speaks to you.

Level Up: Driving affirmations (sing love songs to yourself! ACTUALLY SO MUCH FUN!!!! You’ll step out of the car totally feeling yourself)

  1. BEDTIME SELF – CUDDLES

Whether you’re in a relationship or single, taking the time to give yourself a little cuddle before your fall asleep will have you falling asleep with a smile and waking up feeling good about yourself from the get go!!!
